The Camera is unreachable.

Possible reasons:
Your NAT router may not support UPnP, or UPnP is disabled.

Solutions:

1.
Enable "UPnP" on your router in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and try again.
2.
Try upgrading the latest firmware of your NAT router if the UPnP option is already enabled.

Check your internet connection device.

(A)

ADSL/Cable Modem with multiple built-in Ethernet switch ports: Attach the Camera and PC directly. Restart the Camera.

 

(B)

ADSL/Cable Modem with only one built-in Ethernet switch port: Connect a hub or switch with multiple ports and attach the Camera and PC to the hub or switch. Restart the Camera.

Please follow step 3 if your NAT router doesn't support UPnP features. Alternatively, you can use a NAT router with UPnP support and then run the Setup Wizard again.
