The Camera is unreachable.

Possible reasons:
UPnP compatibility issues may exist between the Camera and the NAT router.

Solutions:

1.

Try upgrading the latest firmware of your NAT router in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and try again.

2.

Check your internet connection device.

(A)

ADSL/Cable Modem with multiple built-in Ethernet switch ports: Attach the Camera and PC directly. Restart the Camera.

 

(B)

ADSL/Cable Modem with only one built-in Ethernet switch port: Connect a hub or switch with multiple ports and attach the Camera and PC to a hub or switch. Restart the Camera.
