The Camera is unreachable.
Possible reasons:
Your NAT router may not support UPnP, or UPnP is disabled.
Solutions:

Enable "UPnP" on your router in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and try again. |
2. |
Try upgrading the latest firmware of your NAT router if the UPnP option is already enabled. |
3. |
Check your internet connection device.
(A) |
ADSL/Cable Modem with multiple built-in Ethernet switch ports: Attach the Camera and PC directly. Restart the Camera.

(B) |
ADSL/Cable Modem with only one built-in Ethernet switch port: Connect a hub or switch with multiple ports and attach the Camera and PC to the hub or switch. Restart the Camera.

Please follow step 3 if your NAT router doesn't support UPnP features. Alternatively, you can use a NAT router with UPnP support and then run the Setup Wizard again.
