The Camera is unreachable.

Possible reasons:
The WAN port of your NAT router doesn't appear to connect to the internet directly.


Solutions:

1.

Attach the Camera to the closest NAT router and try again.

 

2.

Check your internet connection device.

(A)

ADSL/Cable Modem with multiple built-in Ethernet switch ports: Attach the Camera and PC directly. Restart the Camera.

 

(B)

ADSL/Cable Modem with only one built-in Ethernet switch port: Connect a hub or switch with multiple ports and attach the Camera and PC to a hub or switch. Restart the Camera.
